At the meeting,  SSSC's BoD presented the difficulties, challenges, production and business results and project investments of SSSC during the past time, especially during the period affected by the  Covid-19 epidemic. Mr. Hiroshi Murakami has encouraged, recognized and appreciated the efforts of the BoD and SSSC's staff who have strived to overcome difficulties and challenges, completing the production and business plan goals for 2023, and especially completing the CGL3 investment project in a situation affected by the Covid-19 epidemic. At the same time, Sumitomo Corporation along with the Shareholders in the joint venture continues to support SSSC to overcome difficulties and challenges as well as assist the SSSC in increasing export output through Sumitomo's global consumption network.
 Taking on the occasion, the BoD of SSSC also presented the goals, vision and development direction of SSSC in the coming time, which is to gradually increase the total capacity of GI from 400,000 tons to 600,000 tons, accounting for 20% of the domestic market share and becoming one of the largest suppliers of GI in the Southeast region.
